Trains cancelled from Chennai Central on 11-April-2013



The following trains from Chennai Central are cancelled fully on 11-April-2013

Trains cancelled fully on 11.4.2013 : 


16089/16090 Chennai Central – Tirupattur - Chennai Central Yelagiri express trains.


12243/12244 Chennai Central – Coimbatore - Chennai Central Duronto express trains.


12007/12008 Chennai Central –  Mysore - Chennai Central Shatabdi express trains.


22682 Chennai Central – Mysore weekly express.


16086/16085 Jolarpettai –  Arakkonam -  Jolarpettai express trains (MEMU).



Trains cancelled partially on 11.4.2013 : 

16628 Mangalore – Chennai Central Westcoast express will be partially cancelled between Jolarpettai and Chennai Central.

12610 Bangalore – Chennai Central express will be partially cancelled between Wallajah Road and Chennai Central.


Trains diverted on 11.4.2013 :  


12509 Bangalore – Guwahati express scheduled to pass through Katpadi at 03.20 hrs. on 11.4.2013 will be diverted via. Katpadi, Pakala, Tirupathy, Renigunta and Arakkonam to reach Chennai Central.


13351 Dhanbad – Alappuzha express scheduled to leave Chennai Central at 03.25 hrs. on 11.4.2013 will be diverted via. Arakkonam, Renigunta, Tirupati and Pakala to reach Katpadi.


16324 Shalimar – Thiruvananthapuram express scheduled to leave Chennai Central at 04.15 hrs. on 11.4.2013 will be diverted via. Arakkonam, Renigunta, Tirupati and Pakala to reach Katpadi.


12516 Guwahati – Thiruvananthapuram express scheduled to leave Chennai Central at 04.40 hrs. on 11.4.2013 will be diverted via. Arakkonam, Renigunta, Tirupati and Pakala to reach Katpadi.


22604 Villupuram – Kharagpur express will be diverted via.Katpadi, Pakala and Tirupati.

Refund for the cancelled train tickets :

If the train is cancelled due to an accident then FULL REFUND is permitted within THREE DAYS excluding the train departure day. This is applicable for both Normal and Tatkal tickets.

For the tickets booked thru IRCTC website the refund can be processed thru TDR. Check the page  'How to file TDR' for details.

When filing TDR select the option 'Train Cancelled By Railways and Passenger Not Traveled' .
